to celebrate a certain loved one's birthday this weekend, i made us all into root vegetables. here are josh as a fantastic carrot, me as a rad radish, and our cat, catter, the splendid turnip!

i was given an opportunity to create a poster for a night in stockholm, sweden called 99th floor. here's the result!

Cherry Blossom Clinic Logo

here is a new logo i've created for the awesome terre t from wfmu's cherry blossom clinic. she's gonna put a 2-color version on some sweet tee shirts and tote bags that go out to the lucky acts that play on her show!

Zebulon Poster for 2/11

zebulon is one of my very favorite bars in nyc...so i am super thrilled to have gotten to make a poster for some of my very favorite bands and djs, all playing there on february 11th: heavy hands, traveling circle and sean dwyer griffin (click on band names to check out their music, and click the image to enlarge!)

Seahorse Illustration

This is an illustration I did for a custom-designed skateboard...the whole image filled up the deck. I'll post pictures of the skateboard soon!

my good friend charlie, of the amazing traveling circle, asked me to custom design a snowboard for him, produced by Burton. here's a picture of how it came out!

bon voyage flyer

i designed this flyer for a friend's going away party...all hand-lettered and hand-drawn. i was told "lycklig resa" means happy trails/goodbye/bon voyage in swedish - the swede that told me that had never heard the expression but that it was perfect...?! i am considering changing out the color scheme and redoing the layout of the text so it just says "happy holidays" since i have yet to send out cards...

Beauty Illustrations

These floral designs were illustrated by me for a small beauty brand. They are not going to end up on the packaging, but I redesigned the floral to go on a snowboard for Burton, which hopefully I'll get photos for soon!
